1.Who we are
Hayat Nest Consulting, LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. We provide e-commerce consulting services and operate DeepInsightly, an analytics dashboard that helps Amazon sellers understand and improve the performance of their own selling and advertising accounts.
This notice explains what data we collect when a seller authorizes DeepInsightly to access their account data, how that data is used, who it is shared with, and how it is protected. By connecting your account to DeepInsightly — including through Login with Amazon — you consent to the practices described here.
2.What data we collect
DeepInsightly accesses data through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API, only after the seller has explicitly authorized that access through Amazon's own consent flow. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:
- Sales and order performance data (revenue, units, order metrics)
- Inventory and catalog data (stock levels, listing status)
- Advertising performance data (campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, conversion metrics)
- Basic account and contact information needed to operate the service (such as your name, business name, and email address)
We collect only the data needed to provide the analytics and reporting services the seller has engaged us for. We do not collect data from accounts that have not authorized us, and access can be revoked by the seller at any time through Amazon's authorization settings.
3.How we use the data
Data accessed through Amazon's APIs is used solely to serve the seller whose account it belongs to:
- Generating business analytics, dashboards, and performance reports for that seller's own account
- Producing AI-written business insights and recommendations based on the seller's aggregated performance data
- Providing account management and advertising services the seller has contracted with us
We do not use one seller's data to benefit another client, to train models, or for any purpose unrelated to the services that seller has engaged us for.
5.No sale of data
Your data is not our product. Hayat Nest Consulting does not monetize, sell, or share seller data with unrelated third parties for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any other purpose. The only parties that ever process your data are the service providers listed in Section 4, acting solely on our instructions.
6.How data is protected
- Encryption in transit: all data moving between Amazon's APIs, our infrastructure, and our service providers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
- Restricted access: access to client data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to deliver the services, and to no one else.
- Authorization-based access: we only ever access seller accounts through Amazon's official APIs under permissions the seller has granted, which the seller can revoke at any time.
- Data minimization: we retain data only as long as needed to provide the services or as required by law, and delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.
